The Marquette University men's tennis team will travel to West Point, New York, to take on St. John's, Army, and Georgetown. All of the matches will be held at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center hosted by Army.
St. John's Matchup
The first serve between the Golden Eagles and Red Storm is set for 7 a.m. CT.
St. John's enters the match with an 11-1 advantage over Marquette in the series history dating back to the 2011-12 season. The only Marquette victory came in the BIG EAST Championship during the 2018 season when the Golden Eagles secured a 4-2 win.
Army Matchup
The only true away match for the Golden Eagles will be against Army, which is slated for a first serve at 1 p.m. CT.
The two squads have only met once before in the nation's capital, with Army coming out on top with a 4-2 victory.
Georgetown Matchup
The final match of the three-match weekend will be against BIG EAST foe Georgetown on Sunday at 7 a.m. CT.
Marquette holds the advantage in the series record with a 9-3 lead. However, the Hoyas have won the last two matchups—one in D.C. and one in Milwaukee. The Golden Eagles' last win came in the 2019-20 season in Orlando, Florida, where they defeated Georgetown 7-0.
