Men's Soccer Hosts Wright State Wednesday at The Valley

MILWAUKEE -- The Marquette University men's soccer team, fresh off a 1-1 draw against No. 3/4 Connecticut, hosts Wright State on Wednesday night in the last match of a three-game homestand. Kickoff is slated for 7:05 p.m. at Valley Fields. Live audio will be available for the game.
The Golden Eagles (3-3-3) enter play with a four-match unbeaten streak, the longest since the 2005 season. The last five-match unbeaten streak by the men's soccer team dates back to the end of the 2002 regular season. Three Golden Eagles have netted goals this season, led by junior Calum Mallace's three goals.
Wright State (4-5-1, 0-2-1 Horizon League) opened the season with four wins before losing five of the last six. Nine Raiders have tallied goals this season, with sophomore Brad Bamberger's three goals leading the team.
Marquette will be looking to keep its unbeaten streak against the Raiders. MU leads the all-time series 4-0-0, dating back to the 1998 season.
