‘Blue & Gold’ Student-Athlete: Hannah Evens - Marquette University Athletics

Marquette University women's lacrosse student-athlete Hannah Evens is the Blue & Gold Student Athlete of the Month for November, as chosen by Marquette Athletics' Academic & Programs Staff.

Hannah is a junior in the College of Communication, with a Public Relation major and Sports Communication minor. She has earned Dean's List, AD Honor Roll, Big East Academic Honors every semester at MU, and is inducted to Chi Alpha Sigma. Hannah is a Sports Administration intern with Marquette Athletics, helping to plan and execute gameday experiences for Marquette fans, and involved in the end-to-end logistics of all that planning. She is also a Blue & Gold Fund intern, building relationships with Marquette Athletics donors and coordinating events around that outreach. In addition, Hannah is passionate about student-athlete well-being and mental health, and is involved with SHAPE (Student Health Allies & Peer Educators) and SAAC, with events and education for her fellow student-athletes. She is also part of Marquette Mentors program, matched with a Marquette alum who is a professional in her field of study, connecting her beyond her daily MU experience.

On the field, Evens has appeared in six games as a defender for the Golden Eagles.
