Marquette travels to DePaul on Sunday
The Marquette University men's tennis team (5-12) opened its weekend with a 6-1 win over Creighton (6-7) Friday afternoon in BIG EAST action at Helfaer Tennis Stadium.
MU will travel to DePaul on Sunday to conclude the weekend's schedule.
Marquette opened the match by claiming the doubles point, courtesy of a narrow 7-6 victory by the duo of Fran San Andres and Rami Scheetz at No. 1. The team then quickly claimed a trio of straight-set wins to earn the team victory.
