Marquette Picks Up 6-1 Win at Omaha

Third-straight win for MU and second on the road
The Marquette University men's tennis team (10-6) picked up a 6-1 win over Omaha (7-12) Saturday evening on the road.
The win was the second of the season away from campus for the Golden Eagles and the team's third-straight victory overall. MU will wrap up its road trip at Creighton on Sunday at 12 p.m. CT in BIG EAST action.
MU opened the match by claiming the doubles point with wins at the top-two positions and senior Greg Anderson clinched the team victory with a 6-3, 6-1 decision at No. 4.
Marquette was without the services of junior Luke Smrek, who missed the match with an injury.
