PRATO, Italy - The Marquette University men's lacrosse team concluded its three-game series against the English National Team with a 13-7 victory on Sunday morning in Prato.
Henry Nelson played the final few minutes of the contest and was the lone senior to see action as the game gave head coach Joe Amplo a first look at his returning roster heading into next season.
Following the conclusion of the game, Marquette headed west for some time along the Ligurian Sea before heading to take in the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the world's largest baptistry.
The Golden Eagles will head south on Monday and will spend their final three days in Rome before returing to the United States.
