Patrick Fay joined the Marquette Community in January of 2023 as the Director of Leadership Annual Giving before taking on his current role in Athletics Development in October of 2024.
Fay brings a passion for relationship development and a strong belief in the powerful impact college athletics has on the lives of individual student-athletes, the success of the University, and strengthening of the broader community.
Prior to his time at Marquette, Fay served in leadership roles in enrollment management and fundraising at institutions in Colorado and Wisconsin.
Patrick and his wife Megan reside in Menomonee FallsĀ with their two young children who love cheering on the Golden Eagles at Fiserv Forum, the Al McGuire Center, and Valley Fields.
