Hattie Bray is in her first season as Director of Player Development for Marquette Volleyball in 2026.
A four-time All-BIG EAST selection, Bray concluded her Golden Eagle career as a two-time AVCA All-North Region First Team honoree, AVCA Honorable Mention All-American and NCAA All-Regional Team selection. She played a key role in helping Marquette maintain its position among the nation's top programs, leading the team with 132 total blocks during her final collegiate season in 2025 while earning unanimous All-BIG EAST recognition.
Bray finished her career as one of the most decorated middle blockers in school history, earning All-BIG EAST honors in each of her four competitive seasons. She was named to the BIG EAST All-Freshman Team in 2022 and helped lead the Golden Eagles to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances throughout her career.
Following graduation, Bray was selected by the Grand Rapids Rise in the fourth round of the 2025 Major League Volleyball Draft and made her professional debut in January 2026. During the 2026 season, she appeared in 19 matches for the Rise before signing with Minnesota MLV.
As Director of Player Development, Bray serves as a mentor and resource for Marquette student-athletes, assisting with personal growth, leadership development and the overall student-athlete experience.
A native of Hancock, Wisconsin, Bray earned a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from Marquette and completed a master's degree in management in 2026.
