MILWAUKEE — Former Marquette women's basketball standout Lee Volker has signed a professional contract with Syntainics MBC which plays in the Damen Basketball Bundesliga (DBBL), Germany's top professional league.
Volker finished her collegiate career in March after developing into one of the BIG EAST's most efficient and versatile guards during her three seasons. A two-time All-BIG EAST Second Team selection, she averaged double figures in each of her final two seasons, posting 12.6 points per game in 2024-25 and 11.9 points per contest in 2025-26 while starting all 62 games.
During her final season, Volker averaged 11.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game while shooting 44.9 percent from the field and 42.3% from 3-point range, ranking among the league leaders in long-range efficiency. Her 42.3% mark from beyond the arc was the second-highest in the BIG EAST and was the top single-season percentages in Marquette history for a senior.
A premier perimeter threat, Volker finished her three-year Marquette career shooting 40.1% from 3-point range, the second-highest mark in program history. She finished her career with 986 points, scoring 873 in her final three seasons with the Golden Eagles.
Volker also contributed across the board, finishing her Marquette tenure averaging 4.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game over 94 appearances for the Golden Eagles. Her all-around game included a strong defensive impact as well, recording 91 steals during the past two seasons and consistently guarding multiple positions.
In April, Volker was selected to compete in the 2026 Celsius Women's 3-Point Championship, recognizing her as one of the nation's elite shooters.
Volker's signing continues Marquette's tradition of developing players for the professional level and adds another Golden Eagle to the international basketball landscape.
