Olsen Named CSC Academic All-District®

Junior track & field student-athlete is physiological sciences major
MILWAUKEE – Marquette University track & field student-athlete Danny Olsen has been named CSC Academic All-District®, College Sports Communicators announced Tuesday.
Olsen is a junior physiological sciences major with minors in chemistry and economics with a 3.56 GPA.
The Evergreen Park, Illinois native became the first Golden Eagle to win gold in the men's outdoor 400-meter dash with a program record 46.21-second race on Saturday of the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships. Olsen made his first NCAA appearance in May, finishing 25th in the outdoor 400m at the NCAA West First Round in College Station, Texas.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's track& field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
