Bireley and Bodner Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

Bireley broke all-time points record Sunday against Detroit Mercy
NEW YORK – Marquette University women's lacrosse seniors Meg Bireley and Hanna Bodner earned a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday.
Bireley recorded eight goals and four assists last week for MU. She had nine points on five goals and career-high four assists against Detroit Mercy on Sunday to become Marquette University women's lacrosse all-time points leader at 222 points. Bireley also tied the all-time goals record and has 175 for her career.
Bodner had a career-highs with five goals and six draw controls against Detroit Mercy on Sunday.
Marquette returns to action on Saturday, March 22 at Butler to open BIG EAST play.
