WTEN Drops 4-0 Decision At Army

Golden Eagles close road trip vs Georgetown Saturday
WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Marquette University women's tennis team fell 4-0, Friday afternoon to Army at Lichtenberg Tennis Center.
Army opened the match by taking the crucial doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and 3 positions.
Army then picked up three straight-set singles victories at the No. 2, No. 3, and No. 5 positions to secure the win and clinch a 4-0 team victory.
Despite the team loss, Andie Weise continues her three-match win streak due to today's match being unfinished.
UP NEXT: The Golden Eagles close out play at West point against Georgetown on Saturday at 4 p.m. CT.
