Five former MU student-athletes and one coach were officially inducted on Jan. 27

MILWAUKEE - Former Marquette University student-athletes Wesley Matthews, Ryan McNamara, Tyler O'Brien, Morgan Proffitt and Christine Spindler, along with former women's basketball head coach Terri Mitchell, were officially inducted into the Marquette University M Club Hall of Fame on Saturday, Jan. 27 in downtown Milwaukee.
The induction brunch was held at Gather at Deer District adjacent to Fiserv Forum and the six individuals were then recognized during halftime of the men's basketball victory over Seton Hall.
MU 2009 alumna Sophia Minnaert served as master of ceremonies, while M Club President Jim Packeee, MU Vice President Bill Scholl and President Dr. Michael R. Lovell all gave remarks during the program.
