MILWAUKEE – The No. 19 Marquette University women's volleyball team hit .367 in a 25-14, 25-11, 25-11 sweep of Seton Hall on Friday evening at the Al McGuire Center to earn the 200th victory of head coach Ryan Theis' MU career.
The Golden Eagles (17-2, 8-1 BIG EAST) cruised to their 11th sweep of the year behind nine kills from outside hitter Jenna Reitsma, while Aubrey Hamilton and Hatti Bray each contributed six on .857 and .600 hitting, respectively. Bray also posted a match-high three blocks.Â
MU limited Seton Hall (13-8, 4-5 BIG EAST) to a negative hitting percentage (-.032) with SHU's 20 kills offset by 23 attack errors. Bianca Bucciarelli led the Pirates with eight kills.Â

NOTABLE:
- Theis is just the eighth head coach in any sport to reach the 200-win plateau at Marquette. He began his tenure as MU head coach in 2014 and is 200-65 at MU, including a mark of 113-27 in BIG EAST play.
- MU closed the match with the final nine points of the third set and on a 14-2 run.
- SHU's 36 combined points are the fewest MU has allowed this year.
- The Pirates entered Friday's matchup tied for fourth in the BIG EAST.
- Marquette holds a 22-5 advantage all-time over Seton Hall. The Golden Eagles have been dominant in this series as of late as winners of 13 in a row dating back to the 2015 campaign.
- Earlier this season, the Golden Eagles swept Seton Hall on Oct. 8 in New Jersey, led by 11 kills from Reitsma.
