Hiedeman Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll

MILWAUKEE-- Marquette University women's basketball sophomore Natisha Hiedeman has been named to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll the conference office announced on Monday.

In Marquette's lone game of the week Hiedeman led the squad with 18 points on 6-of-10 shooting, while grabbing five rebounds and two blocks as the Golden Eagles defeated Milwaukee, 85-74.

This is Hiedeman's second BIG EAST award this season after she was named Player of the Week on Dec. 5.

Marquette will close out its non-conference schedule on Wednesday, Dec. 21 when the squad hosts New Mexico in an 11:30 a.m. matinee as the Golden Eagles welcome local Milwaukee Public Schools.
