Marquette Concludes Fall At Illinois State

The Marquette University men's tennis team will send four players to the Illinois State Invitational this weekend in Normal, Illinois at the Gregory Street Tennis Courts.

Juniors Scott Christian and Andre Romanello will join freshmen Alexander Warstler and Brandon Shanklin on the travel roster as the team concludes the fall portion of its 2016-17 campaign.

Along with the host Redbirds and Marquette, also competing this weekend are Eastern Illinois and Northwestern Ohio.

The participants will play a round-robin format, with one round of doubles on Saturday and two rounds of singles. On Sunday, the group will play two rounds of doubles and one set of singles contests.
