Marquette Continues Play At Louisville Invite

The Marquette University men's tennis team continued play at the Louisville Invitational Saturday afternoon with both singles and doubles competition.
Senior Gleb Sklyr saw his run in the Flight B draw come to an end with a 6-3, 6-2 loss to Adrian Mag of Butler in the quarterfinals. He also teamed up with freshman Alvaro Verdu in doubles, but the MU tandem fell 8-5 against a duo from SIU-Edwardsville, also in the quarterfinals.
Sophomore Scott Christian, who was knocked out of the main Flight B draw on Friday, downed Jack Desse of SIUE 3-6, 6-4, 1-0 in a Red Division singles match on Saturday.
