Marquette Hosts Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Monday

MILWAUKEE--The Marquette University women's basketball team (1-0) will host Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Monday, Nov. 11 at 7:00 p.m. CT at the Al McGuire Center.
The Golden Eagles opened the 2013-14 campaign with a commanding 90-71 victory over Wake Forest on Saturday evening. Senior Katherine Plouffe poured in a career-high 26 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, while junior Apiew Ojulu tallied 22 points. Senior Katie Young also notched a double double with 11 points and 13 boards.
Arkansas- Pine Bluff defeated Philander Smith in its season opener, 57-4 2 on Friday evening. Cassidy Wright led three Lady Lions in double figures with 16 points. Carlisha Walker and Erin Campbell each added 10 points.
