Golden Eagles Sit at No. 12 on Soccer America Poll

The Marquette women's soccer team dropped to No. 12 on this week's Soccer America poll, down six spots from last week. The Golden Eagles also sit tied for 14th on the National Soccer Coaches Association (NSCAA) poll and rank No. 17 on the SoccerBuzz and SoccerTimes polls.

Marquette and league rival Notre Dame are both tied atop the NSCAA/adidas Great Lakes regional poll.

So far this season, the Golden Eagles are 12-2-1 overall, with a 5-2 BIG EAST mark - good for a third place standing in the BIG EAST's Division A. They return to action this weekend with a pair of road contests - at Cincinnati on Friday, Oct. 14 and at Louisville on Sunday, Oct. 16.
