Donald McFadyen was a dynamic hockey player who led Marquette to intercollegiate championships in 1928, 1929 and 1930.Â
He earned All-America acclaim from 1928-30 and served as captain of the 1928-1929 squad. McFadyen helped Marquette beat Wisconsin, 9-0, in 1929.Â
After Marquette, he played professionally and was a member of the 1934 Chicago Blackhawks Stanley Cup champion team.
